Employee Spotlight: Mark Ingle, Plant Maintenance Director

The NorthPointe Woods Leadership team has proven experience and a solid commitment to helping seniors find residential solutions that enable them to live life to the fullest. Mark engages in best practices to keep our operations, including facilities management and emergency preparedness, conducted at the highest level. Testing and troubleshooting fire systems, generators, and other mechanical systems/equipment, plus overseeing repairs in common areas and apartments are just a few of the key tasks on his priority list. With more than 30 years of experience in construction and trade management as well as plant maintenance at NorthPointe Woods, Mark is uniquely qualified to effectively serve the community and residents.
